1. INITIAL INSPECTION

3. REPAIR
   Best practice repairs - Thermally cured along with pressurisation to prepare the casing for retreading.
4. TREAD BUILDING
   Uses tyre tread, rubber compounds & technology - Combining two operations into one: applying hot cushion gum & pre-molded tread on same machine
5. CURING
   Computer controlled for minimum temperature variations - Achieves uniformity and improves reliability of all repairs and new treads.
6. FINAL INSPECTION
   To ensure the best retread every time - Thorough inspection of crown, sidewall, bead and interior
